How many countries do you cover directly?
Direct carrier relationships or premium aggregator routes in over 200 countries. We are transparent: some markets are served via top-tier aggregators because a direct connection is impractical, and we tell you exactly which ones during discovery.
Can you handle DLT registration in India?
Yes. DLT registration of sender IDs, templates, and principal entity filings is part of our Indian market onboarding. Timelines: 2–3 weeks depending on TRAI and operator approvals. We track every submission.
What about 10DLC in the US?
We handle 10DLC brand and campaign registration with the US carriers, recommend campaign-type classification, and monitor throughput limits. For short codes, we quote provisioning per program.
How do you price international SMS?
Per-country, per-route pricing. We publish transparent per-destination rates based on your traffic mix (transactional vs promotional). Volume discounts kick in at business-case thresholds agreed upfront.
What latency can I expect on OTP traffic?
On premium OTP routes, P95 under 10 seconds in most tier-1 markets, under 30 seconds in tier-2. We publish latency percentiles per country in the dashboard, so claims are verifiable.
What happens when a route degrades?
We monitor deliverability per country, per carrier, per sender ID in real time. When a route drops below its quality threshold, the routing engine shifts traffic to the healthy fallback automatically. You receive a notification with the reason and the remediation ETA.
